Peace & Conflict Resolution: There is no society or community where conflict does not exist. And, this conflict can be as a result of inter/intra communal/ethnic biases, biological factors, inequality & gender bias, abuse and misunderstanding. Therefore, at W2W, we leverage the popular but yet smart approaches to ensure that peace is the order of the day in our communities, in order to achieve a liberal corporation and coexistence among individuals and groups. At Wisdom to Wealth, we thrive to not only bring about peace and resolve conflicts, but also instill the spirit of peace, love and unity in the Niger Area of Nigeria and beyond; while utilizing sustainable systems and partnering with security agencies and peace keeping bodies, to bring about this change.
Capacity Building: Human Capacity Building is one that the society anchors on to ensure that humanity is empowered and grown; as a result, Wisdom to Wealth has it as a core value to build infant potentials, help young generation to discover their purpose, harness and have an active system of sustainability leading towards a good life. Most of W2W’s programs are focused on working on the mind of people who do not believe in building oneself to achieve whatever one would through hard work, using persistent measures and taking calculated risk to arrive at a handsome reward. Moreover, we make sure that humanity outgrows mediocrity at all levels – we discover them, coach and build them, mentor them, and help them become active with a plan that would enable them have consistent result throughout their lives.
Networking: The level of one’s network they say determines the efficiency of his net worth. However, we create a network of people, resources and the intelligence involved in it to ensure that people of the same like minds work together to unlearn the error they have accepted from time being, and to relearn the current prevailing systems and opportunities that exist within global strata and that which revolves around the 21^st century standard – this enables them to understand the occurrences in the business world, educational lifestyles/standards and the tools involved to stay out of poor mindset.

Talent Development and Training: What we do at Wisdom to Wealth is to empower young talents, grow them and leave them motivated to let out their lights, through one of our subsidiaries – DIVINE ICON – it is an inspirational Music, Comedy, Dance and Spoken Word Talent Hunt Programme. Divine Icon has, over years been one of the best hosts of talent hunts in Nigerian with a wide range of audience and beneficiaries who have got their leads to launch and fly higher into their dream talents – beneficiaries are granted even financial empowerment to have the motivation to drive their passion, instead of letting it die – most talents die because of lack of empowerment, support and mentorship. And, that is why we have found passion around this service to help young people enjoy what we have to offer them achieve their dream in this area of endeavour.
Leadership Development: One of the values we have desired to achieve is to spot potential leaders, develop their potentials and help them become real leaders to meet the global standard. Our leadership summits have hosted more than 5,000 people, who have become independent in their journey of leadership, while producing trusted and dependable results and as well growing their community. Our goal in helping leaders is to revive the spirit of integrity, loyalty – committed to serving God and humanity, cultured, disciplined and authentic; and with this, the world would become a better place. Notwithstanding, Wisdom to Wealth is interested in the democratic service in leadership, and also contributes to societal impacts through public orientation programmes, to instill the strength of patriotism and humanitarian tendencies.
Women & Children Empowerment: One of our top priorities is the inclusion of women, children and youth on empowerment and development schemes; and by this, the society thrives for betterment and sustainable growth. Therefore, Wisdom to Wealth has a stream of action plans and role to ensure that women at the community level, with little or no opportunity for good life are given the opportunity they crave for, to measure among others. The core area of interest while empowering women is to help them establish a hub of learning, practice and continuity; through both local and modern means that can allow them take active part in trade and other empowerment opportunities we provide.

On the other hand, the welfare of children and youth is our concern; as we provide with them the assistance and aids they desire and need. Most of these young ones are deprived of social accountability and support that every child has right to. Something, it is either their families are unable to fend for them or they are abused in certain ways, which deprives them from the right to child’s privileges and opportunities. Hence, Wisdom to wealth partners with schools, local community heads, Orphanages and Institutions that solicit for child-right to achieve good life for them.

Entrepreneurial Empowerment: Many local people and the average citizens of Nigeria are industrious, dedicated to work and spirited when it comes to entrepreneurship, but they lack the capital to start with. For this reason, Wisdom to wealth has avail the opportunity to reach out to local and average people in Nigeria, while partnering with other Institutions and empowerment bodies to make business capital available to them. Then again, capital for startups is not all there is to setup a business venture; the level of intelligence behind this counts and would either make or mar a business person – in all of our business programmes, we practically address this issue and as well develop some business models and action plans to enable them have sound understanding of what business they tend to establish. However, both capital and business orientation activities are what we anchor on to give both SME’s and already existing businesses an edge in the entrepreneurial industry – some of those who have little capital to start are shown the businesses they can start up, with little capital, and grow gradually.
Health & Fitness: Health they say is wealth; and this is true, as a sick or bedridden person can’t make out something from anything, and that will make him remain poor, dependent and sad. Thus, at Wisdom to Wealth, we provide with the community members good health empowerment schemes that would allow them leverage our free medical examinations, administration and checkups, while partnering with local hospital and community medical centre to revive the sick ones. Wisdom to Wealth’s stream of fitness orientation and campaign address the danger for not keeping fit and living strong – humanity lives longer if fit inside out; and would have the capability to sustain both mind and physical strengths to achieve their goals in life. And, for this reason, we avail both local and modern methods to help our community members keep fit, while working with certified and professional dietitians to prescribe the best diets and meals for different individuals according to their health state and age. Then again, due counseling and advisory are granted to the people on water, food, and agricultural enhancement for good water and food intake – building infrastructure and public amenities are also our focal point, to help encourage the provision of good water and food distribution.

There is a system of developing one’s mental strength and ability; that is why Wisdom to Wealth has decided to drive people into buying the idea of involving themselves into active mental growth and development through reading, writing, gaming engagements; taking advantage of our smart mental development programmes, while partnering Mental Strength Institutions like schools, vocational training Institutes, and individuals – here our professional trainees and coaches empower people on the strategies involved to develop one’s intellectual capacity, to be able to perceive, observe, think, solve problems, as well mature in them while growth happens.
